Q: What is your processing to ship time?
A: Easy! All orders ship within 3-7 business days, based on availability and size of order placed. Wholesale orders do take 1-2 extra days to complete.
Q: How do you ship? What are your shipping policies?
A: All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are proud to use USPS, but something to remember...once your package leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible. We try our best to supply all customers with tracking information. We do understand that products do get lost in the mail sometimes and if your item is not showing delivered, we will always make it right, because our customer relationships are very important to us!

Q: How about returns?
A: We do not accept returns on clothing items UNLESS a damaged item is received, a picture must be sent as proof and then a replacement will be sent. Due to the fact that returns are not accepted, we will always do an exchange if something doesn't fit!
